We celebrated Neil's 43rd birthday today. He enjoyed watching some Junior Hockey and reading The 4-Hour Chef, a book he received for Christmas. For his birthday cake, I made Super-Moist Chocolate Spelt Cake which turned out well. Instead of frosting it, we put chunks of cake into bowls and drizzled it with Chocolate Glaze and vanilla whipped cream. It was decadent!
