Representing the new trend of me doing the grilling while Neil works. Normally, he does all of the grilling, but there have been several times lately when he had to leave after lighting the charcoal. I've successfully cooked hamburgers, steak, pork chops, salmon, and vegetables! (Today: bone-in pork chops, salmon in foil, scalloped potatoes in foil, broccoli and garlic in foil, and beets in foil -- all finished at the same time! Neil prepared all of it.)
