2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
3 1/2 cups water
pinch of salt
Mix the apples, cinnamon, and sugar in the bottom of the slow-cooker. Sprinkle oats over the apples, them pour in the water & salt. Don't stir. Just leave it alone. Cook on low setting for 8-9 hours.
